You can get your mail/packages during office hours. M – F 9am – 5pm.

Staff is not available to receive packages and/or mail on the weekends; we have communicated that with all delivery services. Bridge asks that you set your delivery window to business hours. If however you get communication from a service provider that your package was delivered you should call them immediately.

In the rare event that we do not receive or have your package, we will work with you to ensure that you have the information you need to track it down. Our helpful staff will suggest that you call the shipping company to confirm delivery during business hours, and we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue.

If your package is particularly valuable or important, we recommend that you consider purchasing insurance to protect it during transit. And, as always, feel free to call us and make us aware of your mail or package arrival, so we can keep an eye out for it and ensure that it is securely stored until you can retrieve it.
